I had purchased a Japanese import car that was 25 years old in nearby Christiansburg. Upon doing so, we had E & E Automotive complete an inspection, install new tires, and do an oil filter and fluid change. What impressed me were the photos of the inspection and the report that was sent to my phone. Additionally, I was pleased with the fact that they took the time to discuss the results over the phone, as well as talk about tire options and pricing. It goes without saying that it can always be a bit challenging to do things over the phone, but E & E Automotive made the whole process quite simple. It was wonderful that Scott took the time to check with me the following day to make sure we got home safely to North Carolina. Great people and awesome work!
